Annabelle McClendon, an 8th grade student at Brewer was recognized at Monday's School Trustees Meeting for achieving the maximum score in both SCReady Math and SCReady Reading.
McClendon is a student in Brewer's ACTS Magnet program.
In addition, she is a member of the Emerald High School Girls Golf Team.

"We are proud of Annabelle and her accomplishment," said Rico Salliewhite, Brewer Principal. "She is an example of what it means to work hard, to make daily improvements and to be a student leader in the classroom."
McClendon had previously been recognized for for a perfect score on SCReady in 5th grade.
