IGP Scheduling

Dear Parents/Guardians:

We would like to invite you to attend a meeting to discuss your child’s Individualized Graduation Plan (IGP).  At this meeting, we will discuss your student’s current schedule and grades, graduation requirements, his/her future educational and career plans, and possible course registration for the 2025-2026 school year.

Each counselor must meet with their assigned students AND their parents/guardians to pick their classes for high school. Parents may choose to attend in person or by phone.

Please sign up for a meeting time with a counselor by Friday, February 7, 2025 by following the steps below:

  1. To learn more about IGPs, scroll to the bottom of this page.
  2. Pick a time that works for you and fill out the information.  A confirmation email will be sent to you once the appointment is set.

Any students not signed up for a meeting by Friday, February 7, 2025 will be assigned a time by a counselor.
