Karen Teague - Assistant Principal
Mrs. Teague has been an educator for 23 years. For the first 17 years, she taught all subjects in Social Studies from 6th through 12th grade. Serving as the Greenwood 50 Social Studies Coach for the next four years brought her into each of the middle schools working closely with Social Studies teachers to enhance their curriculum and teaching techniques.
In 2019 Ms. Teague transitioned into working as the Assistant Director at Genesis Education Center and then assistant principal at Emerald High School. In 2020 Ms. Teague moved to Brewer Middle School as assistant principal. She currently works with students with the last name L-Z. Ms. Teague holds a B.S. in History with teaching emphasis, M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction, and an M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision.
